How do I position the No-Scratch insole?

Have you got any tips for perfect positioning of the No-Scratch insoles?

- To make sure you place the sole in the right place, raise just a small part of the adhesive strip. It will be easier to try it and move it if necessary.
- The two recesses at the sides of the No-Scratch insole should be aligned with the widest part of the shoe.
- No-Crash and No-Scratch should be positioned just behind the toes.

Is there a difference between the left and right feet?

No, each insole is adapted to be used on either the left or the right foot.

Are your No-Crash and No-Scratch shoe insoles also suitable for flat shoes?

Yes, all our models are suitable for all types of shoe.

Are your products washable?

Yes, the insoles can be cleaned with soap and a damp cotton cloth.

Are your insoles re-usable?

Removal of the insoles, once placed in the shoe, is not recommended.

How long do your products last?

Once the insoles have been placed, they will last as long as the shoe.

How do I take your insoles out of my shoes?

Pull the insole gently then use soap and a little thinner to remove the last traces of adhesive.

Yes; if you use No-Crash or No-Scratch insoles with No-Shock insteps, your foot will be held better inside the shoe, and you will feel more at ease.
Tip: if the shoe is still too big, you can add another insole on top for extra thickness.

Are my feet going to slip in my shoes?

No, the foam used for our insoles is absorbent and will keep your foot in place (unlike gel shoe pads).
